RETURN TERMS

RETURN (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT)

Each Client who has entered into the Sale Agreement with LACERTA store  has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days since they came into the possessions of the product in accordance with The Act of Consumer Act of 30 May 2014. ( an Appendix no. 827 / 2014 to these Regulations)

In case of withdrawal from the Sale agreement:

Received products must be sent back to the Seller's address: LACERTA , Bazylijska 39G, 95-100 Zgierz along with agreement withdrawal form template attached in paper version and receipt.

• We shall not accept returns sent cash on arrival CAO or with parcel lockers.
• Returned Products must be properly packed and secured.
• The Client will have to incur the direct costs of the return of the products.
• The reimbursement of the amount due resulting from The Sale Agreement is performed using bank

transfer within 14 days  from the date when the statement concerning the withdrawal from the Sale

Agreement is received.

COMPLAINTS

1.If you have received the products in accordance with your order, however the size does not fit, then you

follow the return procedure)

In case of complaints ( received products)

1.Received products must be sent back to the Seller's address: LACERTA , Bazylijska 39G,95-100 Zgierz

along with agreement withdrawal form template attached in paper version and receipt.

2.We shall not accept the despatch sent cash on arrival CAO or with parcel lockers.

3.Returned product must be clean, properly packed and secured. If the complaint is investigated with for the

benefit of the Client, the Seller will remove the flaw, or replace the defective Product for the Product free

from flaws. In case of the lack of the possibility, LACERTA shop will reimburse the amount due to resulting

from the Sale Agreement.

4.The reimbursement of the amount is performed using bank transfer.

5.LACERTA store will investigate every complaint within up to 14 days.

6.The Seller bears responsibility towards the Clients for the flaws of the Products in accordance with the

provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 of the Civil Code.

7.The Client has the right to return the Product within 14 days after receiving the despatch.

• Fill in the agreement withdrawal form template attached to the despatch.
• Pack the Product and attach the agreement withdrawal form template. Remember the Product

must be properly packed to avoid damages or dirt.

8.Shop wary on sales since the Seller does not exchange discounted Products.
